prettycraftythings is a new monthly alternative craft market held on the first Friday of the month at Leeds Met Student Union. With Christmas coming up the December 1st market is an ideal opportunity to buy your loved ones unique and unusual handmade gifts, and support local designers/crafters at the same time.
Highlights of the day include a mixtape trade and a visit from the Victoria Woodcock, co-author of the new alternative crafting book ‘Making Stuff’. For your aural pleasure this month we will be treating you to a alternative approach to the Christmas song!!
There will also be a fantstic raffle featuring jam packed goodie bags from places such as Leeds Craft Mafia and Etsy. All proceeds going to the NSPCC (charity registration no 216401). And for all those boys and girls who have been good this year there will also be mince pies and christmas cookies!
